Benefits of Membership in VHUA: Your voice can be heard and as part of a collective group, you can affect issues that impact how the Valdez Small Boat Harbor is run (or the benefit of recreational and commercial boaters. Ensure your concerns and interests as a user of the Valdez Small Boat Harbor are represented by a strong, unified organization Receive information on activities of the City of Valdez involving the Small Boat Harbor such as slip fee change, policies, and long term planning that determine how you use the harbor. Keep Informed on Valdez Harbor news including harbor project updates, the US Coast Guard presence and enforcement of security measures in Prince William Sound, vessel exams and boating classes, and other timely information. Establish contacts, friendships and share boating information with other Fairbanks members who boat in Valdez by attending VHUA meetings. The VHUA is opened to anyone using the facilities of the Valdez Small Boat Harbor, the mission being to consider and act upon all issues pertaining to the harbor and its environs. VHUA is asking for a $20 00 per year membership fee. This fee will help cover postage, copying, phone, fax and other miscellaneous operating and office supply costs. Paypal paymnet excepted so you can use your credit cards. Just need your nade , address, phone # and email so we can stay in touch with the membership
